Savannah Clements is an Organizational Psychologist who received her master’s degree in Social and Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University in New York City. She is a certified executive coach and Hogan Assessments consultant. Savannah combines her passion for psychology and human behavior with organizational development, collaborating with clients to create the conditions for success at the individual, team, and organizational level. Savannah has worked with clients across several different industries, from non-profits to Fortune 100 companies, and at the C-suite and middle management levels. Savannah’s expertise is in Leadership Development, Workshop Design and Facilitation, Talent Selection, and Organizational Design.

Savannah believes that leadership is about more than just managing people; it's about inspiring, motivating, and empowering them to achieve their goals. She works closely with her clients to identify their strengths and areas for improvement and develops tailored plans to help them succeed. 

Savannah focuses her coaching on developing Intrapersonal, Interpersonal, Leadership, and Business skills as a foundation for an individual’s personal and professional success. As a coach, she asks questions, provides information, and gives feedback to help clients make their own choices, develop skills, and make progress towards their goals, unlocking their full potential. This is done through a process of Observation, Inquiry, Dialogue, and Discovery. Each coaching relationship is tailored to the client’s role, needs, goals, and unique personality.  

As a consultant, she prides her work in being data driven, getting to the root of problems, and addressing challenges in the organization with comprehensive and sustainable solutions to offer the greatest impact. Savannah works closely with her clients to understand their goals, culture, and challenges. She uses assessments, surveys, and other tools to gather information about the organization and identify areas for improvement.

Outside of work you can find Savannah rock climbing, practicing yoga, and cooking with friends.
